For years, CulTech has built devices together with the software that runs them. More and more, clients asked us for software on its own: a customer portal, an internal tool, a mobile app. CulSoft is the answer: a studio dedicated entirely to software, with the same engineering discipline and the same long-term commitment to clients.

We're small on purpose. There are no account managers between you and the people doing the work. When you call, you talk to someone who knows your project in detail. Decisions stay fast, communication stays honest, and accountability stays personal.

The team

Each of us leads part of the process, and the same people stay on your project from start to finish. No account managers, no hand-offs between departments.

    Runs the studio and still can't stay away from the code. Turns a loose idea into an architecture that will still make sense five years from now, and asks the hard questions early, while changes are still cheap.

    Picks the technology, writes the code and builds the safety nets around it: automated tests, monitoring, backups and rehearsed releases. With Rosen, launch day is the most boring day of the project, and that's exactly the point.

Good software starts with the right questions, trust is earned in the details, and a client should always know what they're paying for.

  1. Research before code.

    Changing a sketch costs minutes. Changing finished software costs weeks.

  2. Craft lives in the details.

    The typeface, the spacing, the error message: that is where your customers decide whether to trust you.

  3. Plain language, realistic estimates.

    We explain technology in simple words and give estimates as ranges, not promises.

  4. A long-term partnership.

    Launch isn't the end of the project. Support is part of the plan from day one, not an emergency measure.
