Integrations that end manual data entry.

We connect your online store, inventory, accounting, CRM, payments and couriers so information moves between them on its own. Orders, invoices and stock levels update automatically, and your team stops retyping data from one program into another.

Example: one order passes through six systems without a single manual step. The online store takes the order, the payment is confirmed, inventory reserves the stock, the courier creates a shipping label, accounting issues the invoice and the customer receives a tracking number.

When integration pays off fastest

An integration is software that makes two or more systems exchange data on their own, by clear rules, with every step recorded. Automation goes further: whole processes, like an order travelling from the website to delivery, run without anyone stepping in.

It pays off fastest when someone on your team moves data by hand every day: orders from the website into inventory, payments into accounting, contacts from forms into the CRM. Every bit of retyping takes time and invites mistakes. Before we start, we work out how many hours a month the manual work takes and what the integration will cost, so you decide with the numbers in front of you.

What we connect

The integrations that save the most manual work, every day.

  1. 01

    Online store, inventory and couriers

An order on the website reserves the stock, creates a shipping label with the courier and sends the customer a tracking number. No manual entry, and no selling products you don't have.

  2. 02

    ERP, accounting and invoicing

Invoices, payments and stock movements stay in sync across the software you already use, so your accountant works with current data instead of waiting for spreadsheets by email.

  3. 03

    CRM and sales

Enquiries from the website, emails and calls reach the CRM with the customer's full history, and your sales team gets its tasks automatically.

  4. 04

    Payments and bank transfers

Card payments, automatic matching of bank transfers by their reference, and reconciliation of payments against invoices.

How we build integrations you can trust

An integration is only as good as what it does when something goes wrong.

  1. 01

    Map the systems

We document which systems you have, what data lives in each, and where a person carries it across today.

  2. 02

    One source of truth

We agree which system leads for each kind of data: customers, products, prices, stock. A product never ends up with two different prices.

  3. 03

    Build and test

We build the connections and test them with realistic data, including what happens on an error, a duplicate or a dropped connection.

  4. 04

    Monitor

Every transfer is logged. When something fails, the system retries, and if it still can't get through, your team is alerted straight away.

  5. 05

    Maintain

When one of the systems changes its version, we adapt the integration before anything stops working.

What you get

  • A map of your systems and data flows
  • Integrations that log every transfer
  • Automatic retries and alerts on failure
  • A dashboard showing the state of every connection
  • Documentation for every interface
  • Support when connected systems change

The technology we connect with

We speak the language of every system, from modern cloud services to the older programs that still swap files.

Interfaces
  • REST
  • GraphQL
  • SOAP
  • Webhooks

The ways systems exchange data. Webhooks announce an event the moment it happens, instead of a system asking every minute.

Files and databases
  • CSV
  • XML
  • SFTP
  • SQL

For software without an API: scheduled file exchange, or safely reading from its database.

Business systems
  • ERP
  • CRM
  • WooCommerce
  • Shopify
  • Econt
  • Speedy

The e-commerce platforms, couriers and business systems we meet most often.

Payments
  • Stripe
  • Borica
  • ePay
  • Bank statements

Card payments and automatic matching of bank transfers.

Machines and devices
  • Modbus
  • MQTT
  • RS-485
  • CAN

Industrial protocols for connecting machines, sensors and controllers.

Reliability
  • Message queues
  • Node.js
  • .NET
  • Python

A queue holds every message until it has been processed. If a system is down, nothing is lost.

Questions about integrations

How much does an integration cost?

Connecting two systems with a well-documented API often takes from a few days to two weeks of work. Full automation of orders, inventory and accounting is a project of several weeks. After a short review of your systems, you get an estimate of time and cost as a range, with an explanation of what drives it.

What if one of our programs doesn't have an API?

That doesn't stop us. We exchange files on a schedule, read from the database where that's safe, or, as a last resort, automate the program's own interface. We recommend the most reliable option the software allows.

What happens if a system stops responding?

Data waits in a queue, and the integration retries at growing intervals. If the problem continues, you get an alert. When the system comes back, everything is processed in order and nothing is lost.

Do we have to change the software we use?

No. The point is to keep the software your team knows and connect it. We suggest a replacement only if a system is genuinely holding you back.

Do you work with Bulgarian couriers and accounting software?

Yes. We work with the public APIs of Econt and Speedy, with the payment services of Borica, ePay and Stripe, and with accounting and inventory software that allows data exchange through an API, files or its database.

Is our data safe in transit?

Connections are encrypted, each integration has its own key with only the rights it needs, and passwords and keys live in a secure vault, not in the code. The log records what was transferred without keeping unnecessary personal data.
