Privacy policy

We collect only the data we need to reply to you, and we use it for nothing else.

1. Who processes your data

The controller of your personal data is TODO-COMPANY, UIC TODO-EIK, registered at 14 Sava Radulov St, Varna.

2. What we collect

We only process the data you send us through the forms on this site:

a project brief: project type (and a short description if you choose "Other"), stage, description, timing, budget, link, attached file, name, email, phone, company and how you would like us to reply;
a callback request: phone number and preferred time;
technical records kept by our hosting provider (IP address, browser, time of request), needed to keep the site secure.

3. Why, and on what legal basis

We use form data to reply to your enquiry and prepare a proposal at your request (Article 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679).

We process technical records on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure (Article 6(1)(f)).

We do not send marketing messages and we never sell data.

4. Who else receives the data

We use Netlify, which processes data on our behalf: it hosts the site, receives the forms you send and stores them, with any attached files, until we delete them. Netlify may process data outside the European Union; where it does, transfers rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.

5. How long we keep it

We keep enquiries, and any files attached to them, for up to 12 months after our last contact, unless we sign a contract, in which case they become part of the contract records.

The form draft is stored only in your own browser (sessionStorage) and is deleted when you send the brief or close the tab.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict, port and object to the processing of your data. Email us and we will reply within one month.
