Mitishova Brows: a website with no template.

A boutique brow and permanent make-up atelier in Varna whose founder works with a psychology-led approach. The website had to carry exactly that, not look like one more beauty-salon template.

The challenge

The atelier doesn't sell "perfect brows". It sells a result the woman in the mirror feels confident with. The founder's own motto, "Beauty has no template", became our brief too: a website that looks like no other salon.

Beyond the mood, the site has practical work to do. It has to present eight services with transparent prices in euros, invite future specialists into the founder's training programme, and answer the questions clients ask before booking: about pregnancy, retouches and healing.

What we did

  1. 01Research

    We organised the content around the questions clients actually ask. That produced 13 answers about pregnancy, retouches, pain and healing that would otherwise be asked in the chat every day.

  2. 02Design

    A dark editorial direction with a warm gold accent, the classical Cormorant Garamond serif for headings and Inter for text. The first screen is built around the founder's portrait and her own words.

  3. 03Build

    A single-page React app with an anchor for every section, accessible expanding questions, a phone-friendly price list, and direct links to phone, WhatsApp, Telegram and Instagram.

  4. 04Launch

    Published on Netlify with HTTPS.
